The river snakes gracefully from Angola, where a local hero called it Cuando. As it slithers into Namibia, it becomes Itenge then towards the end of its course it evolves into the Chobe River. The river pours its massive water force into its big brother, the fourth longest river in Africa, The Mighty Zambezi River at Kazungula.
